Great Deer of 2003

John Fullerton
John has amassed a lifetime of stand hours in Canada, with a good number being in our camp. He approaches each season's hunt with an open mind to the possible hunt set-ups we may put him into, & in turn diligently hunts them. Being fairly selective on the type of buck he'd like to harvest, John manages to tally a fair number of shooter quality bucks on his 2-week each year. Mainly due to making a commitment to "pass" on them in hopes of seeing a true "slammer". His efforts of hunting long & hard were rewarded this fall when he saw this "Alberta Hog", & made a very commendable 300 yard shot with only a couple of seconds to make it!
